Growing up, I battled issues with weight and poor body image. I wasted a ton of money on personal trainers, supplements, and diet fads.
Once I let go of unrealistic expectations, and adopted a nutrition program that was based off of whole foods, I dropped the weight. My diet is now mostly comprised of quality protein. I eat lots of veggies and healthy fats.
The training regimens I have developed are both time efficient and involve full body workouts. It’s circuit training and effective cardio together. My workouts require little to no equipment and can be done anywhere.
I am a well versed and experienced teacher. My background has given me the tools to assist clients in looking good and feeling good about themselves. When you train for optimum health, a positive body image will be achieved!
Given my strong background in college athletics and sports marketing, my training is heavily influenced by sports! I currently has over 8 training and nutritional certifications.

Gina has been my pillar of strength at every phase of my nutrition and fitness.
